Welcome Olena Sergieieva: Legal Consultant

🌟 Welcome Olena Sergieieva to the LS Legal Solicitors team!
We are delighted to announce that Olena Sergieieva joined our team as a Legal Consultant, bringing a wealth of her experience to our firm.
With extensive expertise in various areas of law, including Corporate governance and Contracting, Commercial Law, Civil Law, IT and IP Law, and Data Protection, Olena has consistently provided valuable legal support to the largest enterprises across diverse sectors throughout her over 25 years of career in Ukraine.
Olena graduated with honours from the Donetsk National University, now known as Donetsk National University, named after V. Stus). Furthermore, she has obtained a Qualification Certificate as a Corporate Secretary. She has successfully completed specialised courses, including the General Course of Intellectual Property (WIPO), Legal Support for IT Business (Business Consulting Academy, Ukraine), and Online Technical Skills for Project Managers and Business Analysts. These additional certifications further enhance her skills and contribute to her well-rounded expertise.
