In Times of Need: Public Funds for UK Visa Holders

🚩 If you hold a UK visa, you may be familiar with the condition of not having "Recourse to Public Funds." Individuals under UK immigration control usually cannot access public benefits. However, exceptions exist, especially in dire circumstances, offering financial help through benefits.
🪂 We recently assisted a client battling a serious illness who required urgent access to public funds. Not only did we successfully secure this for them, but we also extended the same support to two family members. This will enable them to access essential support during the tough times.
