Case in Focus: From Years of Uncertainty to British Citizenship in Just 2 Months

After 12 years of building a life in the UK, one Ukrainian national was ready for citizenship—but his journey had not been easy. He had faced earlier refusals under EEA regulations and had arrived without a valid leave to remain. Still, his application was successful with the guidance of our colleague Olga Bakeeva, who compiled a comprehensive application, ensuring that every requirement was met from English language and Life in the UK certificates to residency.
Thanks to Olga’s familiarity with his case, the client avoided unnecessary delays with preparations and submissions. From submitting the application in July earlier this year to attending the citizenship ceremony just two months later, the process was seamless. Now, this individual is a happy British citizen with his very own first British passport.
