Biography
Lubov has been undertaking immigration work since 2001 and qualified as a solicitor in 2006. She has specialised exclusively in immigration and nationality law since her qualification. Lubov is an experienced specialist immigration lawyer, advising on all areas of personal immigration to the UK as well as European free movement. She has particular expertise in Tier 1 & Tier 4 applications, EU free movement cases and nationality matters. She also has extensive involvement in human rights cases, appeals, judicial reviews and Court of Appeal matters.
Lubov speaks Russian, Ukrainian and basic Polish.
