Biography
Olga started with LS Legal in 2013 as a PA and progressed to a caseworker position. Olga returned to us in September 2019 as a legal consultant.
Olga has extensive experience in both personal and business immigration, specialising in Skilled Worker, Innovator Founder, Global Talent, spousal and EU Settlement Scheme applications under Immigration Rules. She has been successfully providing a high-quality service to clients conducting appeals as well as preparing British citizenship applications. Olga is committed to achieving the best results for her clients.
Prior to her return to LS Legal Solicitors, she worked for another Central London law firm for 3 years, where she gained invaluable experience in family law, extradition and civil litigation. She has experience in dealing with contested and uncontested divorces, contact with children, financial settlements as well as appeals. She was involved in a wide range of extradition matters in Westminster Magistrates' Court and Administrative Court. Olga also worked on complex deportation appeals involving article 3 and 8 issues at the First-tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Chamber, Court of Appeal. In addition to this, Olga enjoyed Judicial Review work.
Having obtained her Law degree in Russia, Olga successfully graduated in November 2021 and gained Practice Rights in August 2024. She is a CILEX Practitioner and a Fellow of a Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
