Biography
Elena joined LS Legal Solicitors in June 2023 as Legal Consultant.
With over 25 years of experience providing practical legal solutions, Elena has been working closely with Ukrainian and international businesses, tackling their daily legal challenges. Client-focused and results-driven, Elena delivers tailored legal support that meets each client's unique needs.
Elena's expertise spans various areas of law, including Corporate Governance and Contracting, Commercial Law, Civil Law, IT and IP Law, and Data Protection. Her deep understanding of these fields enables her to address complex legal issues and provide valuable business guidance.
Elena graduated with honours from Donetsk National University (now Donetsk National University, named after V. Stus) in Ukraine. Elena has a Qualification Certificate as a Corporate Secretary and completed specialised courses in Intellectual Property (WIPO), Legal Support for IT Business (Business Consulting Academy, Ukraine), and Online Technical Skills for Project Managers and Business Analysts.
Elena offers a wealth of extensive knowledge and practical experience to effectively address business legal challenges in Corporate Governance, Contracting and Commercial Law. With a client-centric approach, she prioritises understanding our clients' unique needs and ensures they are efficiently met.
